Our board of directors defines the organization's strategy and monitors its implementation. This group of honest global citizens votes on the budget and action programs and approves the accounts while ensuring compliance with the legal framework. The co-presidents and members of the board of directors are elected for a five-year term, renewable. All members of the board of directors and expert committees are subject to the internal regulations of the board of directors.
The co-presidents will appoint the general director who, with his management committee, will direct the proper execution of the strategy. The management committee is responsible for making proposals and implementing the decisions of the board of directors. The general director heads the executive structure. This position will report to the office and the board of directors on the strategy, action programs, recommended policy as well as accounts and budgets.

It deals with Partnership and Cooperation Agreements with governments and the private sector to bring state-of-the-art desalination process to bring fresh water, sanitation processes in organic fertilizers, vertical farming large scale established to produce fresh produce, introduced holistic land management technologies to recover soil fertility, establish non-polluting local energy sources and build energy efficient homes, office shops and manufacturing plants using state-of-the-art modular construction techniques.

The most notable are the reception and monitoring of private investors, the reform of tax and customs administrations, the monitoring of the performance of financial administrations, the restructuring of the public postal service, the Council of Finance Ministers for almost 20 years.
